Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

For the marinade, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, and finely pressed garlic in a bowl or a sealable container. Season with salt and pepper.

Toss the chicken thighs in the marinade until evenly coated. Ideally, let them marinate briefly in the refrigerator.

Chef's tip

For particularly crispy skin, you can brown the chicken thighs under the oven's grill function for the last 5 minutes.
