Preheat the oven to 200–205 °C top/bottom heat. Prepare an oven-safe skillet (at least 27 cm in diameter).

Peel the onion and cut into fine strips. Core the bell pepper and also cut into fine strips. Cut the chicken breast ham into thin strips. Peel the potato and grate it coarsely. Crumble the feta cheese finely.

Heat the olive oil in the skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper, ham, onion, and the grated potato and sauté for approx. 4–5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the baby spinach and sauté for another 2 minutes.
