Preparation method

Prepare a large pot with a lid. Heat the rapeseed oil in the pot over high heat. Add the turkey breast and sear it for about 1 minute on each side until sealed. Then season the meat with salt and pepper and pour in 500 ml of water.

Reduce the heat to low and let the meat simmer gently for about 45–50 minutes with the lid closed. After cooking, remove the meat from the pot and briefly rinse under cold water.

Shred the cooled meat into fine fibers with your hands or two forks (Pulled Turkey) and place it in a large bowl.
