Bake the French fries according to package instructions in the oven or deep fryer until golden brown and crispy.

Meanwhile, heat the roasting stock in a pot. Thicken with a little cornstarch mixed in cold water until a creamy gravy forms. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Place the hot fries in a bowl or on a plate. Generously spread the cheese curds (or mozzarella pieces) over them.
