Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Slice the baguette into thin pieces.

Cut the pancetta into small cubes and fry until crispy in a pan without additional fat. Grate the cheddar finely.

In a bowl, mix the grated cheddar with the whisked eggs, mustard, and half of the crispy pancetta. Finely chop the parsley and stir it into the cheese mixture along with the pepper.
