  • 200g chicken breast
  • 1 zucchini
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • A little salt
  • A little pepper
  • 50g feta

Preparation

    Mix the Greek yogurt with all the spices, salt, and pepper.

    Cut the chicken breast into large cubes and add them to the marinade, mix, and let rest in the refrigerator for a few hours or preferably overnight.

    Once the chicken has rested, prepare the skewers or grilling skewers.

    Wash the tomatoes, peel them, and slice the zucchini into thin strips with a vegetable peeler.

    Thread chicken, tomato, and zucchini slices alternately onto the skewers, folding the zucchini into an accordion shape.

    Brush the prepared skewers with oil and place them on a hot grill at 180 °C.

    Grill for a few minutes on each side until the meat and vegetables are golden brown to lightly browned. Crumble the feta over the finished skewers and serve. Enjoy your meal!
