Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast
- 1 zucchini
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp chopped basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- A little salt
- A little pepper
- 50g feta
Preparation
- 1Mix the Greek yogurt with all the spices, salt, and pepper.
- 2Cut the chicken breast into large cubes and add them to the marinade, mix, and let rest in the refrigerator for a few hours or preferably overnight.
- 3Once the chicken has rested, prepare the skewers or grilling skewers.
- 4Wash the tomatoes, peel them, and slice the zucchini into thin strips with a vegetable peeler.
- 5Thread chicken, tomato, and zucchini slices alternately onto the skewers, folding the zucchini into an accordion shape.
- 6Brush the prepared skewers with oil and place them on a hot grill at 180 °C.
- 7Grill for a few minutes on each side until the meat and vegetables are golden brown to lightly browned. Crumble the feta over the finished skewers and serve. Enjoy your meal!
