Ingredients
- 100 g Red Lentils
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- â tsp Salt
Preparation
- 1Place the red lentils in a bowl, cover with plenty of water, and let them soak for about 8 hours (preferably overnight).
- 2After soaking, drain the lentils and rinse thoroughly under cold water. Put the drained lentils into a blender, add 180 ml fresh water, 1 tbsp oil, and â tsp salt, and blend everything into a smooth, liquid batter.
- 3Preheat a medium-sized non-stick pan (approx. 20 cm diameter) without fat over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low to medium. Bake 4 flatbreads from the batter one after another: Pour a quarter of the batter into the pan for each, and bake until golden brown for approx. 2â3 minutes on each side.
- 4Serve the finished flatbreads immediately warm or store them in the refrigerator and consume within 2â3 days.
