Preparation method

Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a boil. Once the water boils, add the penne and cook according to package directions (approx. 15–16 minutes) until al dente.

Meanwhile, drain the tuna. Cut the cucumber and red bell pepper into small cubes, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Add the prepared vegetables along with the tuna to a large bowl.

Add natural yogurt and mayonnaise to the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything well.

Chef's tip

For an extra fresh touch, you can serve the salad directly on a bed of lamb's lettuce or arugula.
