Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Line a small baking pan (approx. 20 cm x 20 cm) with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine 120 g flour, melted butter, 80 g sugar, and a pinch of salt to form a dough. Press the dough evenly onto the bottom of the pan.

Bake the base in the preheated oven at 155–160 °C for 22–25 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden brown.
Chef's tip
For a more intense aroma, use the zest of an organic lemon. Since the organic quality is less important for the juice, it is sufficient to buy one organic lemon for the zest.
