Ingredients
- 500 g Pak Choi (2 pieces)
- 1 chili pepper (medium hot)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 bunch spring onions
- 1 lime
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 10 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- 1Rinse the pak choi with cold water and halve it. Cut the onion into fine cubes. Finely chop the ginger and garlic, slice the chili pepper into very thin rings, and mix everything in a bowl.
- 2Wash the lime with hot water, zest it with a peeler, and mix the zest and all the juice with the remaining ingredients.
- 3Add the remaining ingredients. Turn the pak choi in it and let it marinate for about 45 minutes.
- 4Now, grill the pak choi with the marinade in a grill pan indirectly for about 10 – 15 minutes at approx. 160 °C, turning it several times. The pak choi should remain crunchy.
