Ingredients
- 500 g Camembert (1 very ripe, 1 less ripe)
- 2 tbsp soft butter
- 75 grams radishes
- 30 grams chives
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 4 slices rustic bread
- 200 g cream cheese
- 4 tbsp light beer
Preparation
- 1Mix Camembert, cream cheese, and butter with a hand mixer. Then add the beer, ground cumin, and paprika, and finally season the Obatzda with pepper.
- 2Wash the chives, chop them very finely, and stir them into the Obatzda. Reserve a portion of the chives for garnish. Then wash the radishes and onions and slice them very finely and thinly. Heat oil in a pan and toast the bread slices in it for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides.
- 3Spread the bread with Obatzda. Then place onion and radish slices on top and garnish with chives.
Tip
Use extra ripe Camembert and a less ripe one for the perfectly spicy taste experience.
