Ingredients
- 160 grams Ciabatta bread (8 slices)
- 1 tomato
- 265 Serrano ham (8 slices) 160 grams Ciabatta bread (8 slices)
- 40 g shaved Manchego cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 25 grams Arugula (1/2 bunch)
- Sea salt
- Ground pepper
Preparation
- 1Preheat oven to 225 °C. Meanwhile, finely chop garlic and drizzle with oil. Drizzle ciabatta slices with the garlic oil and toast in the preheated oven at 225 °C for approx. 5 minutes.
- 2Wash, dry, and finely chop arugula. Wash tomato, grate coarsely, and drain in a sieve. Spread ciabatta slices with this tomato puree and season with pepper and salt. Then top each with arugula, Serrano ham, and Manchego cheese. Finally, serve the bruschetta on a platter.
