- 4 Bagels
- 120 grams Bacon (12 slices)
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Avocado
- 80 grams Cream cheese
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Ham
Preparation
- 1Halve the bagels and toast them. Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a heated pan without fat until crispy.
- 2Mash the avocado flesh with a fork, mix it with cream cheese to form a creamy mass, and season with salt and pepper.
- 3Now heat the sunflower oil in a pan to prepare 4 fried eggs in it.
- 4Spread the toasted bagel halves with the avocado-cream cheese spread. Place a slice of cheddar on the bottom bagel half. On top of the cheddar, place the fried egg with 3 already fried bacon slices each. Then place the top bagel half on top to serve the finished breakfast bagel immediately.
Tip
If you like, you can also use an additional tomato slice per bagel.
