  • 2 ks Wagyu Steaks
  • 50 g Butter ungesalzen
  • 1 TL Kräutermischung
  • 1 TL Zitronenschale
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 1 Prise Pfeffer
  • 1 EL Olivenöl extra nativ

Preparation

    Remove steaks from the refrigerator 30 minutes before frying.

    Mix butter with herb mixture and lemon zest.

    Heat pan strongly and add olive oil.

    Fry steaks for 2–3 minutes per side, depending on thickness.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Place herb butter on the hot steak.

    Let rest for 5 minutes and serve.
