Ingredients
- 2 ks Wagyu Steaks
- 50 g Butter ungesalzen
- 1 TL Kräutermischung
- 1 TL Zitronenschale
- 1 Prise Salz
- 1 Prise Pfeffer
- 1 EL Olivenöl extra nativ
Preparation
- 1Remove steaks from the refrigerator 30 minutes before frying.
- 2Mix butter with herb mixture and lemon zest.
- 3Heat pan strongly and add olive oil.
- 4Fry steaks for 2–3 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- 5Season with salt and pepper.
- 6Place herb butter on the hot steak.
- 7Let rest for 5 minutes and serve.
