Baked Broccoli with Cheese

Bring salted water to a boil in a small pot over high heat. Meanwhile, wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets.

Once the water boils, add the broccoli florets and cook for 7–8 minutes over high heat.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220–225 °C and prepare a small baking dish. In a large bowl, mix the finely grated noble mold cheese, Parmesan, egg yolk, 60 ml milk, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
