In a bowl, combine soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, lime juice, finely chopped spring onions, ginger, garlic, and chili to form a marinade.

Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the salmon in an ovenproof dish and bake for 15–18 minutes.
Chef's tip
For an extra crispy skin, you can briefly sear the salmon on the skin side in a pan before baking.
