- 150 g Sea buckthorn juice
Preparation
Quarter the apples and remove the core. Cut the carrots and celery stalks into smaller pieces. Peel the ginger and roughly chop it as well.
Instructions
Pass all prepared ingredients one after another through a juicer. Pour the finished juice into a bottle. The shot will keep for 2-3 days in the refrigerator. Alternatively, you can pour the juice into small bottles and freeze it – this way it stays fresh even longer. Simply thaw it in the refrigerator before consumption.
Serving Suggestion
Enjoy a small glass (approx. 20-40 ml) every morning before breakfast for a boost. This shot is pleasantly mild due to the apple and carrot, making it popular with children as well.
Chef's tip
For an extra spicy kick, you can mix a pinch of cayenne pepper or some fresh chili into the finished shot. The ratio of sea buckthorn and ginger can also be varied according to taste.
