- 200 g Salad mix
- 100 g Radishes
- 10 Strawberries
- 1 Avocado (ripe)
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 100 g Feta cheese
- 20 g Pecans
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Liquid honey
- 1 pinch Salt
Thoroughly wash and dry the vegetables and strawberries. Slice the radishes thinly, quarter the strawberries and cherry tomatoes. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and cut it into cubes. Dice the feta cheese or crumble it into small pieces with your hands. Roughly chop the pecans.
Combine the salad mix with the prepared vegetables, strawberries, and most of the feta in a large bowl. For the dressing, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl until smooth. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently mix everything. Arrange the salad on plates and serve sprinkled with the remaining feta and chopped pecans.
Chef's tip
For an even more intense aroma, you can briefly toast the pecans in a dry pan.
