Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat. Lightly grease a small baking dish with a little olive oil.
Pat the feta cheese dry and place it in the center of the baking dish. Wash the strawberries, pat dry, quarter them, and arrange them around the feta.
Drizzle the feta and strawberries with the remaining olive oil and honey. Scatter the fresh thyme sprigs on top and season with a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.

Variation tip: For a fruity touch, fresh blueberries or raspberries can also be added.
