- 250 g Quark 20% fat
- 20 g Psyllium husks
- 4 Eggs
- 40 g Sunflower seeds
- 30 g Chia seeds
- 20 g Peeled sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Table salt
- 2 tsp Herbs de Provence
- 2 cloves Garlic

Mix all ingredients for the dough (quark, psyllium husks, eggs, seeds, baking powder, salt, and 1 tsp Herbs de Provence) well in a bowl until a uniform, slightly liquid dough forms. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes so that the psyllium husks can bind.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Fill the dough into a baguette mold or shape it into small baguettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Score two small indentations into each baguette with a knife.

Mix the remaining tsp of Herbs de Provence with the pressed garlic and spread it over the baguettes. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 40 minutes until golden brown. Let cool briefly before slicing.
