Preparation method
Slice the mozzarella and large tomatoes thinly. Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes. Peel the red onion and cut it into fine half-rings.
Cut the avocados all around to the pit, twist the halves against each other and separate them. Remove the pit, scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon, and also slice it thinly.
Arrange the slices of mozzarella, avocado, and tomatoes alternately in a fan shape on a plate. Scatter the cherry tomatoes and onion rings over them. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chef's tip
For an even more intense aroma, you can also refine the salad with some high-quality balsamic glaze. Make sure the avocados are perfectly ripe (ready-to-eat) to achieve the best creaminess.
