Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200-205 °C. Prepare a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.

Prepare the marinade: Place the egg in a large bowl and add the smoked paprika, 2 tablespoons of oil, cornstarch, chili powder, honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest, as well as salt and pepper. Peel the garlic, press it directly into the bowl, and whisk everything thoroughly with a whisk.

Divide the cauliflower into small florets. Add them to the marinade and mix everything well so that each piece is evenly coated. Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 30-33 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
