Hot Chocolate with Cream and Marshmallows

Pour the milk into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Make sure the milk does not boil over.

Meanwhile, chop the dark chocolate into small pieces. Once the milk is hot, add the chocolate pieces and vanilla sugar to the Knuspr pot.

Stir with a whisk until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
