In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour and plant-based milk. Crumble the tofu and add it to the flour mixture. Season with nutritional yeast, turmeric, paprika powder, Kala Namak salt, salt, and pepper.

Peel and finely dice the onions. Also cut the bell pepper into small cubes.

Melt the vegan butter in a pan and sauté the diced onions in it. Add the diced bell pepper and fry along. Add the tofu mixture and fry until golden brown for about 10 minutes.
