Preparation method

Fill a large pot with plenty of water, salt it, and bring to a boil. Cook the whole grain pasta according to package instructions (approx. 17–18 minutes) until al dente. Then drain and rinse thoroughly under cold running water.

While the pasta is cooking, cut the chicken breast fillet into small cubes. Heat a pan over medium heat and let 1 tbsp of olive oil get hot in it. Fry the chicken cubes for 5–6 minutes until golden brown, season with salt and pepper. Transfer the fried cubes to a large salad bowl.

For the dressing, add the white wine vinegar, the remaining olive oil, and the honey to the chicken cubes in the bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well.
