Ingredients

  • 50 ml Vanilla Soy Drink
  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 60 g Dark Chocolate 70%
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 60 g Raw Cane Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Fine Peanut Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat and line a small springform pan with baking paper.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl to form a smooth mixture. Chop the chocolate into small pieces beforehand.

    Fill the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and bake for approx. 35 minutes.

    Let the cake cool completely before slicing. Serve at room temperature, ideally with fresh fruit or a plant-based cream alternative.
Tip
For an extra crunchy touch, you can also mix some chopped peanuts into the dough.
