Ingredients
- 50 ml Vanilla Soy Drink
- 200 g rolled oats
- 60 g Dark Chocolate 70%
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 60 g Raw Cane Sugar
- 4 tbsp Fine Peanut Butter
- 1 pinch Salt

- 1 piece Baking Paper
Preparation
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat and line a small springform pan with baking paper.
- 2Combine all ingredients in a bowl to form a smooth mixture. Chop the chocolate into small pieces beforehand.
- 3Fill the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and bake for approx. 35 minutes.
- 4Let the cake cool completely before slicing. Serve at room temperature, ideally with fresh fruit or a plant-based cream alternative.
Tip
For an extra crunchy touch, you can also mix some chopped peanuts into the dough.
