Preparation method
Rinse the millet four times with hot water to remove any bitter substances. Then cook until soft over low heat according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, finely grate the carrots and finely dice the onion. Lightly salt both and briefly sauté them separately in a pan.
Combine the cooked millet with the sautéed carrots and onions in a bowl. Crumble the smoked tofu finely into it. Add all the spices (rosemary, ginger, lovage, thyme, coriander, turmeric, nutmeg, smoked paprika powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt), nutritional yeast, cornstarch, corn flour, and soy sauce. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water.
