Ingredients

  • 300 grams Greek yogurt
  • 12 cloves of garlic
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of one organic lemon
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

    Squeeze organic lemon. Mix Greek yogurt with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice.

    Finely chop 8 cloves of garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan to fry the garlic until crispy brown. Then mix the fried garlic, including the oil, with the yogurt.

    Slice the remaining 4 cloves of garlic very thinly, fry them in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil to make garlic chips, and place them on kitchen paper. Use these to garnish the dip.
Tip
If you like garlic, you will absolutely love this recipe. The longer you let the dip sit, the more intense the garlic flavor becomes. If you like, you can also simply chop any amount of dried tomatoes and stir them into the dip – simply delicious!
