Ingredients
- 500 grams Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Ground pepper
Preparation
- 1Wash the organic cucumber and grate it coarsely. Drain the grated cucumber well in a sieve.
- 2Put Greek yogurt into a bowl and stir well. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the yogurt. Then add olive oil and grated cucumber and stir everything again. Finally, season with salt and pepper and serve.
Tip
Don't have Greek yogurt on hand? Simply use half quark (double cream level) and half natural yogurt (3.5%) instead.
