Ingredients

  • 500 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper

Preparation

    Wash the organic cucumber and grate it coarsely. Drain the grated cucumber well in a sieve.

    Put the Greek yogurt into a bowl and stir well. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the yogurt. Then add the olive oil and grated cucumber and stir everything again. Finally, season with salt and pepper and serve.
Tip
Don't have Greek yogurt on hand? Instead, simply use half quark (double cream level) and half natural yogurt (3.5%).
