Prepare Granola
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Drain the soaked dates and place them in a tall container. Add the rapeseed oil and blend everything into a smooth paste. Transfer the date paste to a bowl, add oats and sunflower seeds, and mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for approx. 25–30 minutes at 180–185 °C until golden brown. After 10 and 20 minutes, turn the granola so it toasts evenly. After baking, let it cool for at least 20 minutes.
Chef's tip
The granola stays fresh and crispy for several weeks in an airtight jar.
For an extra creamy touch, you can also serve the granola with a dollop of natural yogurt or Skyr.
