Ingredients

  • 200 g bananas
  • 120 g avocado
  • 70 g dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa)
  • 1 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 220 ml coconut milk

Preparation

    First, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. To do this, heat a pot with some water and place a suitable bowl on top (it should not touch the bottom). Add the chocolate and let it melt slowly while stirring.

    In a tall mixing cup, combine the peeled bananas, avocado flesh, baking cocoa, honey, coconut milk, and melted chocolate. Use an immersion blender to puree everything into a perfectly smooth cream.

    Distribute the finished mousse evenly among 3 glasses and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

    Serve after chilling. The mousse will keep in the refrigerator for about 2–3 days.
