Ingredients

  • 80 ml oats
  • 120 g Alpro oat drink
  • 80 ml Alpro natural yogurt alternative
  • 80 g banana
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 g ground cinnamon
  • 1 handful fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp almonds and hazelnuts

Preparation

    Mix all ingredients except the berries and nuts well in a bowl or glass. The banana can be mashed with a fork or cut into small pieces beforehand.

    Cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 4 hours) so that the oats can swell.

    The next morning, stir the Overnight Oats briefly. Garnish with fresh berries and nuts. Sprinkle with a little cocoa if desired.

Tip
For an extra creamy consistency, you can stir the oats with a splash of additional oat drink in the morning.
