- 1 l chocolate soy drink
- 3 pears
- 150 g cashew nuts
- 3 cardamom pods
Preparation
- 1Wash, peel, and roughly chop the pears. Set aside one pear slice for decoration.
- 2Place the pear pieces together with the cashew nuts, chocolate soy drink, and cardamom pods into a blender. Reserve a few cashew nuts for garnish.
- 3Blend everything on the highest setting until the smoothie has a completely smooth and creamy consistency.
- 4Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve garnished with a pear slice and the remaining, roughly chopped cashew nuts.
Tip
For a particularly cool refreshment in summer, you can briefly freeze the pear pieces before blending or add a few ice cubes.
