  • 3 pears
  • 150 g cashew nuts
  • 3 cardamom pods

Preparation

    Wash, peel, and roughly chop the pears. Set aside one pear slice for decoration.

    Place the pear pieces together with the cashew nuts, chocolate soy drink, and cardamom pods into a blender. Reserve a few cashew nuts for garnish.

    Blend everything on the highest setting until the smoothie has a completely smooth and creamy consistency.

    Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve garnished with a pear slice and the remaining, roughly chopped cashew nuts.
Tip
For a particularly cool refreshment in summer, you can briefly freeze the pear pieces before blending or add a few ice cubes.
