  • 125 ml Prosecco
  • 50 g fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp sugar

Wash and hull the fresh strawberries, then finely puree them with the sugar in a blender or with an immersion blender. For an especially fine result, the puree can then be strained through a sieve.

Pour the strawberry puree into a chilled sparkling wine glass (champagne flute).

Carefully top with ice-cold Prosecco. Gently stir once with a bar spoon so that the puree combines with the sparkling wine without losing too much carbonation. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Chef's tip

Ensure that both the strawberries and the Prosecco are well pre-chilled. For an alcohol-free version, you can simply replace the Prosecco with alcohol-free sparkling wine or sparkling mineral water.
