Preparation method

Finely purée the strawberries (fresh or thawed) together with the honey.

Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until stiff. Then carefully fold in the low-fat quark and the strawberry-honey purée and briefly stir everything until smooth.

Fill the cream into small bowls. Garnish with fresh berries – for children, you can arrange the fruit into funny animal faces like cats, bears, or pigs.

Chef's tip

For a particularly fine note, you can stir a pinch of vanilla or some grated lemon zest into the cream.
