Ingredients
- 1 l unsweetened soy drink
- 4 pcs green kiwi
- 2 pcs banana
- 40 g walnut kernels
- 40 g fresh spinach leaves
- 1 pc fresh basil
Preparation
- 1Peel the bananas and kiwis and cut them into coarse pieces.
- 2Put all ingredients (except for the decoration) into a blender.
- 3Blend everything on the highest setting until the smoothie has a completely smooth and creamy consistency.
- 4Divide the smoothie among 4 glasses. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and chopped walnuts and enjoy immediately.
Tip
For a particularly refreshing variation, you can slice and freeze the bananas beforehand. This will make the smoothie wonderfully cool and even creamier.
