Ingredients

  • 1 l unsweetened soy drink
  • 4 pcs green kiwi
  • 2 pcs banana
  • 40 g walnut kernels
  • 40 g fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 pc fresh basil

Preparation

    Peel the bananas and kiwis and cut them into coarse pieces.
  • 2
    Put all ingredients (except for the decoration) into a blender.

    Blend everything on the highest setting until the smoothie has a completely smooth and creamy consistency.

    Divide the smoothie among 4 glasses. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and chopped walnuts and enjoy immediately.
Tip
For a particularly refreshing variation, you can slice and freeze the bananas beforehand. This will make the smoothie wonderfully cool and even creamier.
