Ingredients
- 500 ml plant-based milk
- 50 g plant-based dark chocolate
- 15 g baking cocoa
- 15 g cane sugar
- 1 piece ginger approx. 3 cm long
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- Plant-based whipped cream as desired
Instructions
- 1Finely chop the chocolate, peel the ginger piece and slice it. Put it in a small pot with two cups of plant-based milk, cocoa powder, cane sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
- 2Stir and heat (do not let it boil). Remove from the hob and let the spices steep in the hot milk for another 5 minutes.
- 3Pour through a sieve into 2 cups and garnish with plant-based whipped cream, grated chocolate, and cinnamon powder, as desired.
