Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, mix oats, lightly crushed hazelnuts, shredded coconut, and cocoa. Melt the coconut oil until liquid, mix with 4 tablespoons of agave syrup, and pour into the bowl. Mix everything thoroughly. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Clean the rhubarb, peel off the tough skin and fibers. Cut into pieces about 5 cm long. Sprinkle with brown sugar and place on the edge of the baking sheet next to the granola. Bake everything together for 60 minutes. Stir the granola occasionally.

Meanwhile, stir the sour cream with the quark and the remaining 4 tablespoons of agave syrup until smooth.
