Preparation
- 1Juice the ginger, turmeric root, and garlic clove. If you don't have a juicer, you can also finely grate the ingredients and press them through a fine sieve or a cloth.
- 2Mix the extracted juice with the freshly squeezed lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper. The pepper helps the body absorb the curcumin from the turmeric better.
