  • 25 g turmeric root
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pinch black pepper

    Juice the ginger, turmeric root, and garlic clove. If you don't have a juicer, you can also finely grate the ingredients and press them through a fine sieve or a cloth.

    Mix the extracted juice with the freshly squeezed lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper. The pepper helps the body absorb the curcumin from the turmeric better.

    Drink a small glass (approx. 20-30 ml) of this mixture every morning to optimally support your immune system. The shot will keep in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days.

For a milder note, you can add a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup.
