- 150 g Dragon fruit (Pitahaya)
- 190 g Banana (frozen)
- 150 g Mango (frozen)
- 60 ml Coconut milk
- 1 Handful fresh fruit (e.g., blueberries)
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp Almonds
Allow the frozen fruit (banana and mango) to thaw slightly at room temperature for about 5 minutes before processing. Then add it together with the fresh dragon fruit to a powerful blender or food processor.
Add the coconut milk and blend everything on high speed until a perfectly smooth, creamy, and airy consistency is achieved. Depending on the desired firmness, you can add another splash of coconut milk.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Now creatively garnish your bowl with fresh fruit, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and almonds. Enjoy immediately while it's still ice cold!
Chef's tip
For an extra creamy texture, you should slice and freeze the bananas the evening before. This way, your smoothie will be almost like a healthy ice cream (Nicecream).
