Preparation method

In a bowl, mix flour, semolina, sugar, and 5 g ground cinnamon.

Coarsely grate the cold butter and divide it into two halves.

Peel kiwi and pineapple, cut into cubes, and briefly sauté in a pan with a little butter.

Chef's tip

Serve the crumble warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or freshly whipped cream.

Recommended dish size: 35 x 20 cm. A standard cup corresponds to approx. 250 ml.
