  • 1 banana
  • 1 carrot
  • 1.5 tsp ground ginger
  • 0.5 tsp ground turmeric

Peel the orange and banana. Wash the carrot thoroughly (or peel it) and cut everything into coarse pieces.

Place the prepared fruit and vegetables into a blender. Add the ground ginger and turmeric powder.

Blend all ingredients on the highest setting until the smoothie reaches a perfectly smooth and creamy consistency. Enjoy immediately!

Chef's tip

For an extra refreshing touch, you can blend in a few ice cubes or freeze the banana in slices beforehand.
