  • 200 g natural cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey

Preparation

    Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the green tops, and place them in a blender along with the cottage cheese and honey. Blend everything until smooth.

    Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe, sealable container and place it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

    After freezing, remove the ice cream and enjoy immediately. As it contains no preservatives, it is not suitable for long-term storage.
Tip
Vary the fruit as desired: bananas, blueberries, or raspberries are also excellent for this quick recipe.
