Ingredients
- 3 pcs Lulo
- 235 ml Still water
- 1.5 tbsp Refined sugar
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
Preparation
- 1Halve the lulo fruits, then quarter them. Peel off the skin with a knife or scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Cut the pulp into small cubes.
- 2Place two-thirds of the lulo cubes, along with the water, sugar, and lime juice, into a blender. Blend everything well until a smooth consistency is achieved.
- 3Pour the mixture into a glass with plenty of ice cubes. Add the remaining lulo cubes, stir briefly, and enjoy immediately, ice-cold.

Servieren Sie die Lulada traditionell mit einem Löffel, damit auch die restlichen Fruchtstücke genossen werden können. Für eine cremigere Variante kann ein Schuss Kondensmilch hinzugefügt werden.
