Ingredients

  • 8 pcs Rambutan (or Lychees)
  • 100 g Pineapple
  • 140 ml Coconut milk
  • 200 ml Coconut water

Preparation

    Peel the rambutans (or lychees) and remove the pit. Set the fruit pulp aside.

    Cut the fresh pineapple into small pieces.

    Place the prepared fruit together with the coconut milk and coconut water in a blender. Blend everything on the highest setting until a creamy, smooth smoothie is formed. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Tip
For an extra cool refreshment, you can briefly freeze the pineapple pieces before blending or add a few ice cubes.
