Ingredients
- 1 l unsweetened soy drink
- 4 pcs green kiwi
- 2 pcs banana
- 40 g walnut kernels
- 40 g fresh spinach leaves
- 1 pc fresh basil
Preparation
- 1Peel the bananas and kiwis and cut them into coarse pieces.
- 2Put all ingredients (except for a few walnuts for decoration) into a blender.
- 3Blend everything on the highest setting until the smoothie has a completely smooth and creamy consistency.
- 4Divide the smoothie among 4 glasses. Garnish with the remaining chopped walnuts and, if desired, with a fresh basil leaf. Enjoy immediately!
