Ingredients for the Dough
- 110 g flour
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 40 g cane sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 140 ml plant-based milk
- 3 tbsp Darbo Tagtraum Forest Berries
Ingredients for the Cream
- 750 g soy quark
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Darbo Tagtraum Forest Berries
Preparation
- 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees convection.
- 2Mix flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cane sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add plant-based milk and stir to form a homogeneous dough.
- 3Brush an ovenproof dish with sunflower oil and pour in the dough.
- 4Spread 3 tbsp Darbo Tagtraum on the dough and swirl with a fork.
- 5Bake for approx. 25 min.
- 6For the cream, mix soy quark, 2 tbsp Darbo Tagtraum, and powdered sugar.
- 7Let the oven pancake cool slightly and serve with cream, fresh blueberries, and powdered sugar.
