Ingredients for the Dough

  • 110 g flour
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 40 g cane sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 140 ml plant-based milk
  • 3 tbsp Darbo Tagtraum Forest Berries

Ingredients for the Cream

  • 750 g soy quark
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Darbo Tagtraum Forest Berries

Preparation

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees convection.

    Mix flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cane sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add plant-based milk and stir to form a homogeneous dough.

    Brush an ovenproof dish with sunflower oil and pour in the dough.

    Spread 3 tbsp Darbo Tagtraum on the dough and swirl with a fork.

    Bake for approx. 25 min.

    For the cream, mix soy quark, 2 tbsp Darbo Tagtraum, and powdered sugar.

    Let the oven pancake cool slightly and serve with cream, fresh blueberries, and powdered sugar.
