  • 2 tbsp Matcha powder
  • 100 g Chia seeds
  • 250 ml Coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 100 g fresh raspberries

Add the matcha powder to 350 ml of water and whisk thoroughly with a whisk or matcha whisk until no lumps remain.

Add coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds. Mix everything well and let it soak, covered, in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

Before serving, stir the pudding well again and pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh raspberries and enjoy.

Chef's tip

For an extra creamy consistency, you can replace part of the water with additional coconut milk or another plant-based drink alternative.
