Preparation method

First, prepare three canning jars (approx. 250 ml capacity) into which the oats will later be divided.

Finely chop the dark chocolate and fresh mint and place both in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir everything well.

Distribute the mixture evenly among the prepared jars. Close the jars and let the oats soak overnight (or for at least 6 hours) in the refrigerator.

Chef's tip

For a vegan version, you can simply replace the honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
